True Colors Marketing Firm was established in 2015 in Los Angeles, California. Our mission was to help small businesses and start-ups establish custom branding and receive innovative marketing management, that was affordable in such an expensive industry. Over the years, we've had the privilege of working with over 250 clients in 20 different industries, executing their marketing needs ranging from branding, graphic design, web development, social media management, marketing strategy, business coaching, paid ad management and email marketing. Our Founder and Owner, Jessica Williams is humbled by the growth she's been able to accomplish and the number of businesses we've been able to impact.

Jessica Williams
Jessica Williams is a Brand & Digital Marketing Expert, Graphic Designer, Web Designer, Video Editor and Business Speaker. With two Communications degrees and over 12 years of marketing & media experience, she personally works with each client to accomplish their marketing goals and grow their business. Jessica has a passion for helping business owners, entrepreneurs and mid-size companies thrive via branding and digital marketing.
Jessica is also the morning TV Host & Producer of a lifestyle and business show on CBS WANE 15. On her daily TV show called Living Local 15, she has to opportunity to support businesses by spotlighting them and producing creative tv content.
Background
Jessica started her corporate career while in college in the financial industry. She quickly grew from Senior Teller Trainer to Personal Financial Officer and after graduating college, was named the youngest Branch Manager at her bank at the age of 23. Being a Business Development Officer and Sales Trainer for years afforded Jessica great business acumen and management experience.
She later took a leap of faith and left her corporate job to pursue her passion and established skills in marketing and media. She worked as a freelance marketing manager and graphic designer for several years before launching her own Marketing Firm in 2015. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Communications and Advertising; and an Associate’s Degree in Mass Communications. She is also an Emcee and Speaker at marketing, tech and business conferences and seminars across the country.
With a Broadcasting degree and studying Journalism, Jessica interned at two major tv news stations in Dallas, Texas while in college. Worked as a red carpet host and media personality in Los Angeles for many years, before landing the opportunity to start her own local talk show in 2022 on CBS.
A "Jane of Many Trades and Expert in All" is the best way to describe Jessica. She is extremely hardworking and passionate about everything she sets out to accomplish. And brings that energy and commitment to every client she works with!
